ill show u my plan. dont think its b.s either cuz im a personal trainer i know it all. + ima lil to lazy to write down why u do all this stuff. just do as i type lol.
one can of tuna every 2 to 3 hours. thats ur constant daily supply of protien that u need for the amino acids to rebuild ur muscles bigger ands stronger feel free to eat w.e thats healthy but thats wut i do cuz ima full time student and junk. its a fast convenient meal.
week one: normal weight
week two: heavy weight
light three: light weight
week four: drop sets. these are when u do as many reps u can then ur 8th or so rep or when u cant lift it drop the weight by half and finish it off light then repeat it again.
day one: chest and back
day two: bies and tries
day three shoulders and legs
do these 3 days in a one week period of any day u want.
follow this order for abs. do three sets of these every 4 to 7 days.
abs: put weight behind ur neck do 8 crunches or till u feel like u cant do them then drop the weight in half and continue doing crunches then with that same weight do bicyles then drop the whole weight and finish it off with more crunches followed by bicycles then planks for 30 seconds, look them up if u dont know wut they are.
