Important to get daily physical activity. It makes you feel and look good. Also eating the right foods is soo important rather than eating at McFatty’s. If I am exercising it honestly makes me feel soo good and healthy. When I start I just want to do more. And I love seeing improvement in my body when I exercise!!

Fitness/health nut question?

i love to run and run about 40 mins a day on a treadmill, however i just found out that aerobic exercise releases A LOT of free radicals. free radicals are known to be horrible to the body i am scared to ever exercise again to be honest. would it be better just to stay sedentary. if its better to exercise what kind of exercise should i do. what kind of cardio and weight training. any advice is welcomed.

Lack of exercise causes muscle atrophy or worse an early death through cardiovascular disease and or diabetes. Walking or light exercises such as Tai chi, yoga, swimming would be more beneficial to you rather than doing nothing. Our body is created to move; so moved and live.
