Inspirational story. I am 240 lbs but at 5 ‘ 6 ” it feels more like 300 cause of my height. I am starting to get bad lymphadema and I know my heart is under unreal stress as my blood pressure is 180/100. I need to make a change I know and I am using your story as a starting point to do it
