When we are sleep disadvantaged, 6 hours or less a night, we’re less upbeat and less alert. Those who get their 8 hours of sleep are more pleasant to be around.

Apparently, you don’t need to make any huge alterations to your everyday routine or diet to achieve a healthier way of life. It’s up to you. The choice is yours, and you’re the only one who can make that choice.
