@13andincrediblycut im calling bullshit! Put up a video of you doing 73 pullups and i will believe you.
@13andincrediblycut by the way, im calling bullshit on your gymnastics skills as well! I am an ex-gymnast of 12 years. what skills do you have?
@fallout3geek No, it’s not.
@flipkid2006 I am going to.
@flipkid2006 ALL the kinds you wish you did.
@InBloom10 i agree
This is such a great exercise! But: Chinups = underhand, Pullups = overhand. Many people think underhand or overhand is basically the same, but they’re really not. I do 15 chinup reps and only about half of that in pullups. Not that any one is harder, they just target very different muscles. I use the exercise mainly for biceps. Between these and push-ups you’ve pretty much got most of the upper body covered, as they both train core as well.
@jesperc20 Yes, pull ups are harder. Ask any one and more than half of all people will tell you that. I know for a fact that pull ups are harder because, one, they use less biceps and more lats and chin ups use both which makes it easier in combinational movements.
@13andincrediblycut Well I agree that’s probably true for most people, but you still lift exactly the same amount of weight so the total muscle strain is the same. So it’s only a matter of how strong your different muscle groups are. If you only trained with pull-ups you would eventually think they are easier than chin-ups. It fully depends on which muscles you want to strengthen most. It’s not like added weights or improper form.. but I agree that most people will feel that pullups are harder.
A MAN WHO CANT LIFT HIS OWN WEIGHT IS USELESS… Quote from…..
@BROVVNlE Sexism.
@13andincrediblycut It may be but not what Im looking for….
@BROVVNlE so true
theres a good % of north america that cant even lift their own weight
